April 10 – What you say? What, what, what

Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well. I am good, just had a very restful night. I think I slept through my alarm also- but that’s okay. Hungry? Well Proverbs 18v20 says:

“A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.” Proverbs 18v20

Thus we also see the verse that cautions us that life and death are in the power of the tongue and they that love it will eat the fruit thereof. Consequently, since the words that we speak are so powerful, the Bible reminds us that for every idle word that we speak, we shall give account on the day of judgment. Now we are different. We are the King’s children. And we should conduct ourselves and our conversations as such – not in pride but with deep humility and confidence having a full knowledge of who our God is to us and what He is able to do for us and what He likes or dislikes to here – no complaining, no murmuring, no disputings – all love.

Have a very wonderful day.

Verses for thought:
“He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.” Romans 14v6&7
